VMPL, a Mega Manufacturing unit of Andani family owned business group, having rich experience of 45 years in the field of Metal Art.

Established in 2011 and is first unit of Gujarat having TWO High Pressure Molding Lines (Green Sand) along with No Bake & Vacuum Lost Foam Casting facilities with Green Energy Wind Mill 2.10 MW & Solar (1.125 MW and 4.20 MW) Projects.

Producing all grades of CI & SG Iron castings & Spread over 50,000 Sq. m. land having 22,000 Sq. m. of construction, in Rajkot Gujarat (India). IATF 16949 2016 & ISO 9001 2015 certified & having turn over @ Rs.176 Cr. (FY: 2024-25)

It is a high-volume production plant, having one DISA 240C Denmark make vertical parting high pressure line @335 MPH capacity with a plate size of 600x850x500 mm, maximum cast bunch weight of 50 kg. One FCMX II SINTO Japan make horizontal parting high pressure line @200 MPH capacity with a plate size of 508x610x400 mm, maximum cast bunch weight of 30 kg. and one semi-automatic Furan based No Bake plant, maximum cast bunch weight 1000 kg. It is in production from the year 2011. All grades of Grey Iron & Ductile Iron can be manufactured.
