Introduction

Vishal Foundry (VF VLFC) is a group company of Vishal Manufacturer Pvt. Ltd. (VMPL).

It is a Vacuum Lost Foam process-based casting manufacturing plant, having installed capacity of 2000 MT per month to produce Grey & Ductile Iron castings.

The plant equipment, machinery & tooling have been imported from CHINA having intensive process integration to avoid any future process or product repercussions in routine production.

The plant is under Project Stage and will be commissioned in production from 2026.

The phase I has been planned to start with 1000 MT/Month capacity having sand box size 2500x1800x2000 mm & 1700x1500x2500, maximum cast bunch weight 2000 kg in 2026 and addition of another 1000 MT/Month is under consideration. All grades of Grey Iron & Ductile Iron can be manufactured.
